Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING - Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 working days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP - Shop no 4, Communidade Ghor, Angod, Mapusa, Goa - 403507. Landmark : Above the Vodafone store.Orders can be picked up daily, from 10:30 - 2pm and 4 - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup

LOCAL DELIVERY - local delivery is unavailable at the moment.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using India Post. India Post's standard delivery takes upto 7-12 days. Flat rate shipping fee of Rs 70 applies to orders shipping to. Note: We do not ship outside of INDIA at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer Rs 70 flat rate shipping pan India. Free shipping for orders over Rs 2500. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is unavailable at the moment. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like art prints or personalized items and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at maracujaartstudio@gmail.com. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
